> **Pros**: So simple to use and always worked flawlessly.  Easy to switch between importing Sales Orders or Invoices.  The Front Office tool allowed our sales team to track our shipments in real time.

> **Cons**: I did not like that when we were forced to switch to a monthly service that our costs increased.
