The only thing support seems to do well at is to point you to explanations of things but if there is a functional issue, the blame you, pretend like its not an issue or just stall for hours. It got to the point of me stopping to ask for a solution, maybe that was the goal in the end. Simple stuff like email setups, campaigns not triggering or IDX not working appropriately. > > 9 out of 10 times it is a very poor experience.
