> **Pros**: I love that the staff listens to what you are looking for and then does not try to recreate the wheel if they don't have to.  They try to make what they have work, to save your company money and work within your budget.  They do not try to talk software talk to you either.  They talk in layman's terms and make the integration straight forward and follow up to make sure that it all makes sense along the way.

> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to connect the Theta Z camera to the app, and you can bypass taking individual pictures by just taking one 3D picture. It's got a great labeling system - "D" for Damaged, etc. so you can quickly pinpoint in the report where the problem areas are in the rental property.

> **Cons**: There was a bit of a learning curve in using the mobile app.
> 
> We had a neighbor of one of our rental properties claim that our previous tenant broke a piece of their iron fence off. We were able to access the pictures and prove that the fence in question was intact before the timeframe of the claim. Zinspector has all these suggestions of pictures - "Front Entry, Walkway, Side Yard" etc. If it had not been for those strong suggestions, I doubt we would have remembered to take pictures of the side yard, where the iron fence was located.
