> **Pros**: Viberent has been a great system for getting us organised. While the set-up phase is quite time consuming (configuration of system, allocating codes to stock items and entering into Viberent etc), once we had completed these things became much easier.  We have set up our Viberent system to mimic our existing workflows and now work solely within the Viberent platform.  This includes quoting, invoicing, setting up rentals and posting to MYOB, with standard email templates for every customer step. We now know where our stock is at any given time and have data at our fingertips that assists us with our forward planning.

> **Cons**: Even when using a previously set up standard quote template, developing quotes can be quite time consuming because we generally have the need to delete or add some line items - the editing and saving required to do this is often slow.  We are thinking of other ways to minimise this though and will do this in consultation with the Viberent support crew who are always very helpful.

> While the Viberent system does feel a bit clunky at times, there is something calming about having such a simple system that is continually improving and easy to use.  The Viberent team are very helpful and always willing to respond to questions and action solutions - even when we make mistakes that need back end fixes.

> **Pros**: Everything about the app was good, lots of support \&amp; help. The signature approval for quotes \&amp; hire agreement \&amp; check in looks perfect

> **Cons**: Very clunky/not all simple like other POS systems. The main flaw is when clients ask for rental to be modified eg adding items it duplicated the order \&amp; invoice on MYOB. However there is no way to remove or edit quantities once reserved which was a main necessity in events \&amp; was quite shocked this feature wasnt there. Also cancellation of booking due to clients request. There is no function to cancel the order once it has been moved to "rental". The platform only allows you to delete or cancel a quote\!. This is a very important feature missing. Unfortunately when asking support to how this can be resolved all correspondence ceased. Glad i found this flaw in the system during trial.

However until vital feature's \&amp; actions around modifying or cancellation of rentals are in place we would have to keep using other platforms until we find one similar to Viberent. We would have likely continued beyond the paid trial to a membership had these basic but essential features to edit or modify once a rental were available\!

> **Pros**: Excellent customer service from trial through to implementation, fast resolution of issues, and always someone to answer the phone for customer support.

> **Cons**: The system can run a little slow at times, but product development is ongoing and little things are always improving.

> Our company moved to Viberent approximately two years ago as a long term solution for tracking our hire department. A key factor in our decision was the integration with MYOB (which is seamless and works well but is not perfect). We send invoices directly out of Viberent as they are comprehensive and list all details the customer may wish to see. The invoices that are posted to MYOB are a little different in regards contents, but are useful enough to be relied upon from a purely accounting basis. Whilst Viberent is very different to the previous hire software package we were using, the team at Viberent provided my team a comprehensive training package conducted over Zoom and the implementation of the system was a smooth overall process.
