> **Pros**: 1) The charts and tables are incredibly helpfulthey let me scan key information quickly, whether I’m reviewing cancer staging, antibiotic choices, or treatment algorithms.&#10;&#10;2) The drug interaction checker is a lifesaver during night shifts, especially when managing complex patients with renal or hepatic impairment.&#10;&#10;3) Mobile access is seamless. I’ve used it during rounds, signouts, and even while walking between units.&#10;&#10;4) Content updates are timely, and I’ve noticed guideline changes reflected quickly, which helps me stay clinically current.

> **Cons**: -The interface isn’t intuitive for new users. Early on, I found the layout and search results overwhelming and had trouble locating the exact section I needed.&#10;&#10;Navigation takes practice—even now, I sometimes scroll through multiple headings before finding the most relevant content.&#10;&#10;It’s expensive without institutional access. I’m fortunate to have it through my program.

> **Pros**: It is the most up to date and extensive information you can find regarding the medical field. It includes almost any topic you can imagine with tables/charts/illustrations to help understand the topic and use for quick references. I especially find it helpful to use it for my CEUs.

> **Pros**: I am quite grateful for the thorough and trustworthy material. For students, it is an excellent tool for study and gathering current data on many medical subject. I can depend on the data it offers on evidence-based background to help me grasp difficult ideas. Since the search feature is user-friendly, I may soon get what I require for study or projects.

> **Cons**: One major drawback is that it has to be paid for. I can only get it when connected to my hospital's Wi-Fi network, which might be inconvenient if I require it at home or far from the hospital. Access without any constraints would make it far more valuable if I had access on the run.

> On the whole, my experience with UpToDate is quite good. It's a valuable tool for me as a learner to keep abreast and improve my knowledge. The material is clear, thorough, and dependable. I am certain I could apply it for clinical work as well as homework. > **Pros**: Once you manage to get in the program is fine. The trouble is that the access is made so unnecessarily difficult that it requires each time to reset my password.

> **Cons**: Access to content is made unnecessarily difficult. Password often is not recognized, it locks one out after several attempts, customer service is slow. I use this app occasionally, perhaps every 2-3 months, but EACH time is so difficult that I give up. For a paid service, this gets a zero.
