> **Pros**: ADP is a one stop shop with accurate calculation and reporting.  I have been a payroll ADP user for 40+ years so have seen much growth and change.

> **Cons**: Too much red tape sometimes to get things done.  I really dislike customer service.  We  have had three new case managers in the last 6 months.  I can barely understand the person I have now.  Forces me to use the online portal for assistance instead of just calling and talking with someone.  &#10;Also disappointed they no longer provide APA recertification credits.  ADP seems more focused on Human Management at this time.

> I understand that ADP has to protect the brand, but the hands off approach is very frustrating at times.  If you are not well versed in payroll regulation you may be very frustrated.  Your payroll person needs to be more than a button pusher.
