> **Pros**: I have no idea how easy/hard the implementation of this software was for my employer. It is incredibly easy to use from the employee side of things. It's very easy to track challenges and make submissions.

> **Cons**: Any distaste I have for it stems from the content in the documentaries and articles that are available. I don't have any complaints about the software itself.

> I am already a fairly healthy person, but that doesn't keep me from being engaged with the software to achieve personal goals. It is also not necessary for me to be an active person to engage in the activities. 

The software includes many ways for all kinds of people to engage with various goals and choose whatever activities they like. The best part of the software is the previews of upcoming challenges. As a competitive person, I saw a preview of an upcoming challenge, and reading about it actually made me prepare for it before it was open so I'd be prepared to do better when it opened for submissions. That is the first time a health incentive actually helped me do more than I would have anyway.
