> **Pros**: Nextiva was a temporary solution for our office needs, which required mobile staff making phone calls and sending text messages. They were able to set up services with us successful.

> **Cons**: Nextiva was not a good fit for our office. Employees experiences dropped calls, and a customer service rep even told us once that their mobile app was not good--instead we should use the desktop app.
