> **Pros**: Ticketsocket is an incredibly powerful and user friendly software that has made it possible for my company to manage several world tours simultaneously. 

It’s back end functionality is straight forward, easy to learn, and supplies us with all of the data and analytics we need to properly service our customers and conduct business across several currencies, countries, and time zones.

The end-user experience is seamless and helps us drive sales in an organic, traceable, and simple manner.

I would recommend Capterra to anyone who is looking to have more transparency and control over their venue or event and who are sick of big ticketing companies keeping all of the data, and money\!

> **Pros**: I like that it is white label software and we were able to connect it to our Website and also links to our Instagram.

> **Cons**: For the most part it's easy to work with and intuitive to adapt. It took us a while to learn it and we are still learning so we can add events and changes ourselves. We still need to learn how to adapt the analytics to learn where are ticket sales are coming from. We also need to learn how to export the email database.
