Comments: Autopilot is our email campagin management platform. It's really quite nice. The have a strong part is the Customer Data platform good for the GDPR.

Pros:

Since we work with Redpoint platform RPI and RPDM we saw our improvements. In less than 6 months we noticed our personalized customer quality. it is intuitive and logical. The interface and the menu si easier to use. They have a good team that trains you during a short time and then you have their support for any technical question. Price is really good compares with another similar tools.

Cons:

The most challenging features were the design elements. Edition of HTML.
