> **Pros**: The software does exactly what it says it does, with an easy to integrate plugin to google chrome, one can tell exactly when a mail was opened and on what device and where

> **Cons**: The software can only be integrated with google chrome meaning one cannot use it on other browsers such as internet explorer

> Making calls for follow up of clients was a breeze, after seeing they read the email
