Tuio has been a fantastic tool to move our school into online payments and invoice management.
Comments: Tuio allowed us to streamline our enrolment and tuition payment processes. We are moving away from handling post-dated cheques to online direct payments. This is both a better user experience for our parents as well as saving time and generating efficiencies in the administration. It really is a Win Win!
Pros:
What I like most about Tuio is that it is built from the ground up as a payment software, instead of an added-on after thought. The system is intuitive and simple to navigate while being powerful on the backend to support our needs. Our parents have had nothing but good things to say about how much they like the system.
Cons:
There are a few features which would be nice to have such as the ability to modify the payment amounts once an invoice has been issued; however, Tuio has been very responsive to suggestions and is continually publishing new features/functionality.

Comments: My overall experience was positive. Even though I feel like I have been moving into the software a little blind, so far, we have not encountered any issues.
Pros:
So far the setup and implementation process has been straightforward forward and the TUIO support team has been excellent in helping us launch our re-enrollment for the school.
Cons:
I would like to see more tutorials and videos about the software to give users an idea of its function as well as guides to help implementation. From a new user perspective, I often feel like I am trying out forms and programs blind and hoping they would work instead of being confident in the launch of a program. I wish there was a way to create a dummy trial of programs that will allow admins to run through all the steps just to experience what customer will see. If this option was available, I was not able to find it.

Thank you for the review Gordon. We have a dedicated support website and you can access the relevant articles you need directly within the app using the '?' help beacon in the bottom right corner. Please reach out to [email protected] as the dummy trial you mentioned is usually set up during the onboarding. If you missed that step we can give you the tutorial no problem. You'll have a test parent account that you can use to experience what they see. We also have a parent welcome video on YouTube. This first half of 2022, we are undertaking a project to revamp our support site with video content, so stay tuned!

Good Bones, Needs Fleshing Out
Pros:
Customer service was responsive and courteous.
Cons:
It felt like there was six ways to do the same thing and only one way to get the information to present correctly. No ability to do partial payments on your own. Parent's need to approve when I make changes to their account... it was an uphill battle to learn the tips and tricks on how to work the system... should not feel that way.

Thanks for taking the time to review Lauren. TUIO is an automated payment system, so partial payments of an invoice is not a native feature. School admin or TUIO support can accommodate partial payments if the parent ever needs by editing the invoice and adding an invoice for the remainder. TUIO automatically approves the invoice changes made after 5 days, so if the parent doesn't approve them it will get taken care of. TUIO is constantly acclaimed for our user friendliness and ease of use, so if you ever need help with the system, we are here to help!

Very Helpful
Comments: This experience has been great so far. I actually looked at another platform and Tuio actually works better for our needs. Actually, the only thing that was drawing me to the other program was the cost.
Pros:
There is a learning curve, however, with the help of our manager is very helpful. This has really been helpful with my monthly payments.
Cons:
I am still learning and I will be able to answer more honestly after I have used this program for a few more months.

The only con that we found is the lack of Attendance tracking ability.
