> **Pros**: Ease of use has been huge. The tile setup makes it super easy to navigate and accomplish what you need. 
Also I'm fond of the Tableau analytics.  The insights tile allows for robust analytics since they've embedded tableau into this tool.

> **Cons**: Being a newer Software (Relatively) there are still some features that I would like to see added.  However, they are consistently adding new features at user request.

> Very solid experience.  Customer Service has been excellent, and the tool has allowed us to accomplish what we need from it.
