We were implementing their WebRTC JS SDK for in-browser calling, and their team was instrumental in getting us past a major roadblock. The support staff are not just reading from a script; they are technically proficient and can provide specific, actionable solutions quickly. Their API is robust, but it's the support that makes it usable.

> **Cons**: The primary challenge was that some of the public-facing documentation and CDN links for the WebRTC SDK were outdated. This led to a lot of initial frustration and wasted time trying to debug a ReferenceError that was ultimately caused by a broken link. Improving documentation maintenance would make the initial developer experience much smoother.

> We are integrating Telnyx's voice and WebRTC capabilities into our platform to allow our users to make calls directly from their browser. While the feature set and API capabilities are extensive, we encountered some significant hurdles during the WebRTC implementation, primarily due to outdated documentation and broken links for their JS SDK.&#10;&#10;This is where the Telnyx team truly shined. > **Cons**: Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their \[sensitive content hidden\] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.
