Finally came across Unitel, and what a pleasure. Everything works as I hoped and more. The faxing ability will save me an additional $100 annual fee I currently pay to a stand alone fax service. So far, anytime I've had a question, Unitel's reps have been there to quickly answer and resolve any and all issues. Very pleased with their service. The lack of helpful support only added to the confusion and frustration. I will say that the manager, Wendy, was more professional and took the time to explain how the company operates and what services are actually available. However, another major drawback is that refunds are handled strictly through email correspondence and can take 3–5 business days to process.
