> **Pros**: I have been using Ooma for several years. Recently their Telo device stopped connecting to my internet service, and tech support was unable to determine what the issue was. Tried the GoDaddy phone service, which also had some bugs. Finally came across Unitel, and what a pleasure. Everything works as I hoped and more. The faxing ability will save me an additional $100 annual fee I currently pay to a stand alone fax service. So far, anytime I've had a question, Unitel's reps have been there to quickly answer and resolve any and all issues. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

I made a purchase under the impression that I would be able to utilize a custom number, only to find out shortly afterward that this was not actually an option.&#10;&#10;When I called for clarification, the customer service representative, Lexi, responded with an unprofessional attitude and failed to clearly explain the process or offer any practical solutions. The lack of helpful support only added to the confusion and frustration.&#10;&#10;I will say that the manager, Wendy, was more professional and took the time to explain how the company operates and what services are actually available. However, another major drawback is that refunds are handled strictly through email correspondence and can take 3–5 business days to process.&#10;&#10;Overall, I strongly recommend doing thorough research before using this company so you fully understand their services and policies before making a purchase.
