Literally everything can be customised within each workspace: roadmap views, fields within each view, swimlane groupings... even if something I need isn't immediately obvious, there is a way to make it happen\! > > **Cons**: The user interface is quite overwhelming at first glance. There are many ways to configure every aspect of the product, so proper training and onboarding are critical. Some of my product colleagues have been hesitant to use Airfocus for this reason. > > Airfocus has been absolutely instrumental for our product team, both as a tool and as a framework for product management best practises. On a high level, there is nothing it cannot do - it is the most modular and customisable solution on the product management software market. What's more, customer support is exceptional.
