I like the functionality of the entire platform. Email blasts and visibility for KPI.

Cons:

I like the view and feel of the platform before they changed the formatting.

Comments: It's pretty straight forward, intuitive and easy to use, but it's kinda basic compared to other CRMs out there.

Pros:

It integrates well with the rest of Hubspot's environment

Cons:

It's very limited to connections with other platforms outside of it's own environment, making it difficult to integrate with some projects.

Alternatives Considered: Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Salesforce Sales Cloud

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: Cost and ease of usage as compared to others, it's easier for users to dominate and it's way cheaper compared to other competitors.

Loved it but a bit expensive

Everything was so to use from creating email campaigns to social media

Cons:

The cost! for small organizations it's not possible to keep up
