> **Pros**: Great and easy to use. Reporting on any aspect possible and easy to set up. Easy to find records as many different search criteria can be used.
Individual customer detail right down to part detail can be recorded and called up whenever needed.
Many of the reports used as Management tools for KPI.

> **Cons**: On occasions the system runs very slow\! Updates are not always communicated as to the reason, so some functions change or move and users don't know where to or why.
