> **Pros**: ListSERV manages large email send lists very well. For our use, it was very straightforward as end users to add/remove users, and send bulk emails out to our lists.

> **Cons**: It may have been a result of how the software was implemented by the administrator, but the interface is not easy to get used to and it does not feel as friendly or straightforward as other, more modern clients. We also felt that without prior design experience, it is not easy to design attractive communications.
> 
> ListSERV was a legacy software when I came on board, and while it served the purpose, we have replaced it with MailChimp and that meets the needs of our end users while also being easier to use.
