The platform's really easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it keeps everything organized so I don't have to chase down docs or worry about version control. I like how it handles signature pages and closing books automatically and saves a ton of time. It did take a bit to figure out all the features, and I’ve bumped into small annoyances like font hiccups or having to mark things as final, but those haven’t really slowed me down. Plus, their support team’s been super responsive whenever I needed help. Closing Folders has made my work life \*infinitely\* better. I am somebody who loves organization, and Closing folders gives me the flexibility to manage a closing agenda exactly how I like it. The ability to make categories, action items, etc., and to customize the tags for the action items is brilliant. The (new?) feature allowing for dates to be added to items is also very helpful. I can confidently say that I use most features available in Closing Folders, and I appreciate how responsive the team is, and how committed the developers are to their product. I think the absolute best parts of Closing Folders are the variables and the signatures. Those reduce the amount of time I need to spend immensely, and wildly reduce the chances of errors. Closing Folders variables have become a critical part of my practice. I was genuinely thrilled when Closing Folders added iManage integration, I think that may have been the best addition they've added so far. I also \*love\* schedules, and the ability to link other items as schedules. The share feature to export lots of files at once is perfect, as is the snapshot feature. I would, of course, be remiss not to mention my appreciation of the closing books system as well. > > **Cons**: There is very very little that I do not like about Closing Folders. Admittedly, I use Closing Folders much more frequently as a personal closing agenda and tracker, so I do not have much experience with multiple teams accessing the same deal. However, from what I have experienced, that does seem to work well, even if it is not my preferred use method\! It would be very, very nice if Closing Folders could automatically turn Excel spreadsheets into PDF files. Currently, I have to go to excel and print to PDF, choosing a paper size or zoom that fits the information within a single page, then upload that to Closing Folders. If anything changes in the excel file, I have to repeat this process; this is a bit of a hassle. I don't know how difficult it would be to add something like this, but that would be a huge update in my books. > > Incredibly positive. Again, I cannot stress just how much I am genuinely fond of this product. It makes my work life much easier, and also is a very powerful productivity tool for tracking the status of deliverables.
