> Emblem for auch a large company lack when it comes to customer service. When issues arise they believe it it ok to lie to that client. When the rep lied to me I asked for a supervisor. That supervisor then lied to me twice. One sayomg she would call ne back same day. Second saying that my order would have corrected on the 26 April. I also explained I was a vet and that offering a vet a % off means absolutely nothing. I asked to have order shipped overnight because the issue that thwy had has nothing to due with me. Its a company issue with hHealth Canada.

> **Cons**: Subscribed once - payment was taken three times. I eventually found an email to request this cash back and to cancel the subscription. 

NO response at all. 
Emailed again. 
No response. 

Now today, they've taken another payment and I have logged in to remove my card details and there is no way to remove my card details without replacing it with another card. 

I literally cannot delete my subscription. 

There is no support or invoice or finance email to ask about this. Plus there is no button to unsubscribe and stop the monthly payment. 

Starting to wonder if the website is a scam just to get my card details as they make it next to impossible to contact them with any issues, even more so when it's related to my money, needless multiple payments taken and refunds.

> **Pros**: This tool goes beyond creating just a logo - it also provides a brand book and other assets like social media images. It has many available icons.

> **Cons**: Editing a logo is not very intuitive. There are just a couple of controls available and you have to click on different places to try to find out how to change the logo.

> I believe that it's worth trying if you're looking for a quick and easy way to get a logo and brand book.
