> **Pros**: I love how comprehensive their lead data is compared to their competitors, especially for international leads like in the EU. Good amount of accurate AI insights. Their customer support is quite good as well.

> **Cons**: It's not very easy to use, and does not offer as advanced features as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Navigator. It doesn't exact replace those tools, which makes it a luxury option more so than the primary option.

> Good if you can afford it, but not necessarily better than a ZoomInfo. That being said not everyone can afford ZI. That's where Cognism comes in.

> **Cons**: We changed our sales model and were not able to leave. Cognism's backend does not give uses the control of their account, which credit cards to use, or executing renewals. Therefore, we had changed our sales model, and they notified me I could not cancel our subscription and we were auto renewed and notified via an email from our rep that went to the spam filter. &#10;They need to be transparent with their contacting and renewal process. in 2025, SaaS platforms need to give Admins the ability to renew on the platform and control payment methods.

> The technology works mostly. The integrations work. The customer success team is only interested in profit and loss and not the success of the clients. Their renewal and backend payment processes is misleading and purposeful to keep clients with the platform. Therefore I can't recommend them until they give the payment and renewal control to the admin. This is standard in 2025.
