> **Pros**: It's simple to use and does all of the complicated stuff without bothering you with it.
The traffic light system is amazing and makes my life so much easier.
It's very easy to import straight-forward clients.
Setting up new companies is a breeze.
Express confirmation statement saves so much time.

Importing isn't a one-click process, there are several seemingly pointless steps and clicks required.
When there are any issues at Companies House, there needs to be manual intervention to import and this can take a while. 
They try to sell you unnecessary stuff when you set up a new company.

A Big bug-bear of mine, it doesn't send info to the client in advance of the confirmation statement date, it doesn't allow the user to correct/amend data and it won't automatically submit confirmation statements. Surely this is easy to develop but apparently not.
