Device discovery, availability monitoring, performance metrics, and alerting are generally easy to configure and provide useful visibility for day-to-day operations. I also appreciate the flexibility of SNMP monitoring, custom thresholds, dashboards, and notifications. It helps our team identify connectivity or performance issues quickly and provides a good overall picture of infrastructure health. > > **Cons**: Some configuration and troubleshooting tasks can be more complex than expected, especially when dealing with device credentials, SNMP settings, authentication, or monitoring issues that are specific to certain network equipment. In some cases, alerts do not immediately provide enough context to identify the root cause, so additional investigation directly on the device is still required. The interface also contains many configuration options, which can make administration less intuitive when working with advanced features.
