> **Pros**: The ease of deployment was a big perk of OpManager, the agents are easy to group and deploy based on Organization Departments or other identifiers like system name, or other system values. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate, with custom dashboards being one of my favourite features.

> **Cons**: If I had to choose one con, it would be the on-going maintenance of detected systems where agents are or previously were installed, specifically in the case where a system has been renamed, it doesn't always clean up the old record in a timely manner, leaving duplicate entries for the same system.
> 
> Overall, I am very happy with how ManageEngine OpManager makes my job easier, it gives a single pane of glass for monitoring and detecting outages. It increases the IT Departments productivity by being able to react and respond quicker to and detected issues.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, quick to learn and get setup.  A lot more device metrics for tracking than we expected, makes it easy to see which devices are not only down but are having load issues, and has helped us to right-size our environment.

> **Cons**: Some of the features like the NOC view need a bit more work and are clunky.  Would be nice to have documentation on the database structure so we can create some of our own SQL reporting.

> Great product with a wealth of functionality.  Real easy to use and quick to setup, the more you spend time configuring the more useful features and metrics you find.
