Meets the expectations

Comments: Payroll summary feature that allows you to have overview of the whole payroll calculation process helped us a lot during the time we use Factorial.

Pros:

Payroll management feature and the payroll summary might be the best when using Factorial. Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.

Cons:

Too simple and not fast enough when navigating.

More time to focus on other tasks

Comments: Reduces paperwork and has a dedicated support experts and consultancy. There is data security and reliability.

Pros:

I have experienced high time saving routine through automation. On top of being easy to use, Factorial has all HR tools required to build an intuitive HR process. Shift management is a desirable feature which helps us in scheduling effortlessly. Integration is impressive too.

Cons:

None in my experience. All my expectations were well catered for and I look forward to more achievements.

started so well before going downhill very fast

Comments: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

Pros:

they clean modern approach to HR softwa4re with great UX

Cons:

They have changed the pricing on us 4 times increasing each time and now and want us to now double AGAIN

Factorial for Web Developers

Pros:

The interface is very simple and minimalist and easy to use. Best way to check in and keep track of time if you work from home. The process of absence management is also easy.

Cons:

Many times the servers go down and you can't start the timer of work until it's fixed. Also, at the end of the month, the extra hours or minutes you have worked don't accumulate in the next month.

Great HR and performance tracker

Cons:

The dashboard can be made more user friendly in my considered opinion.

All rounded and good HR system

Comments: overall it's the best HR system we had so far, and i would recomend it to anyone who don't know how to manage his employees

Pros:

From the customer side the tool is very easy to use, the interface guide the operations needed to do and it can also be used to create companies surveys

Cons:

the surveys could be more fine tuned, currently the feature is a nice to have but should be improved to be more scalable

User-friendly HR software

Pros:

I like Factorial as it's a very simple and intuitive software. From the employee perspective, I think it's pretty valuable because all the documents are arranged in an orderly manner, and it's possible to upload files both from laptop and mobile devices. The dashboard gathers all the relevant information in one place so it's super easy to stay up to date with the events of the company.

Cons:

I haven't tried yet the integration with LinkedIn because Factorial is currently working to release an update, and I am really curious to examine this aspect (as a marketing executive, it's important to me that I can link the two platforms in order to enhance employee engagement)

Good HR software for small companies

Pros:

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Cons:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.

Its simple and user-friendly UI is its USP. Also, it has a good leave tracking system.

Cons:

Initially, this software didn't allow adding 2.5 days of leave into employees' accounts. But later they fixed it.

Comments: After more than 2 years of experience with Factorial, I can say that it is totally positive.
The team has been always available and the product development has been incredible.
Product recommended for SMEs to facilitate employee cycle experience with a very good UX for both employees and Admin.

Leak of integration with Payroll providers (Zucchetti in Italy) that does not provide a full simplification on this stream Roadmap at the very beginning was defined by the company and client requests are difficult to be prioritize Customization based on country specificities are a plus but something difficult to standardize from a multi-country management point of view (i.e. all elements should be aggregate reporting)

Overall, great new product

Comments: Overall we had a positive experience. The team enjoyed being able to see their PTO in real time, request time off directly in the app and see their schedules. Our hospital is a very large hospital and we do have pay differentials for our evening shifts after a certain time frame- which was the only thing we could not work out with Factorial overall. For a facility that is less complex in it's scheduling and wage tables than ours- this would not be an issue.

Pros:

Customer service team was top notch. They were willing to try to work with every single one of our hospital's needs and were accessible pretty much at anytime.

Cons:

We hit a huge road block trying to come up with a way to add our evening pay differentials into the payroll software.

Comments: Provides actionable insights facilitating effective decision making. Gives employees more control over their information, performance analytics and learning management saving time and boosting accountability.

Pros:

There is clarity in performances analysis through the digitized system offers from Factorial. Has highly integrative features for running business smoothly and professionally. It is a huge step forward towards digitization of HR tasks to achieve organized culture and high productivity to an organization.

Cons:

I did not like the customer support especially during implementation. Integration was not easy too.

Avoid Factorial. A terrible experience !

Comments: This is honestly the worst experience we have ever had with a software vendor, there were commitments made that money would be refunded whilst the company were not delivering, these were never followed through. My honest advice is unless you are a very small business is to stay away from this company. This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience and may not be representative of your experience.

Pros:

Nothing, I personally feel "ripped off" by factorial and personally question their business ethics.

Cons:

Our experience with Factorial was absolutely terrible, over the first six months we had four different success managers, (they did not seem to be able to retain their people) - to add to that the product was grossly over sold, only for us to find out when it came to implementation that promised features were not available. The support is slow, getting any support outside of Europe is near impossible. Any complaints were met with promises that we never delivered upon.
