Reviews of Google Workspace
Google Workspace
Comments: Overall, I’d rate Google Workspace a 10/10. It’s a perfect tool for me, offering excellent accessibility and real-time collaboration, with everything conveniently stored in one place. The benefits far outweigh any minor issues I might encounter.
Pros:
I love the accessibility of Google Workspace. I can work with others on the same files at the same time, no matter where we are, and see updates instantly. Everything is saved in the cloud, making it easy for me to access and share, while keeping my files secure and organized.
Cons:
What I like least is not being able to fully organize folders the way I want. Sometimes, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and navigating between different apps isn’t always as smooth as I’d like. Also, the limited customization options for file management can be frustrating, and occasionally, there are syncing issues that slow down my workflow.
Google Workspace is great for work and home.
Comments: Overall Google Workspace is a great suite of products for both business and personal use. I really like that I have access to many of the tools I use for work, in a free platform that I can use in my personal life. The tools share common functionality and formulas across the suite of products and integrate seamlessly with one another. I would definitely recommend it over the competitors.
Pros:
Workspace in very intuitive and has a variety of business productivity application in one integrated platform. The applications function similar to other products that I have used and they integrate with products such as Microsoft Word and Excel, which makes transitioning from other products easy.
Cons:
It took some time to adjust to using some of the more advanced features of Sheets. The Macros are similar to Excel, but there were enough differences that I found myself "googling" to understand how to replicate the Excel Macros in Sheets.

Comments: Horrible, it is like rocket science trying to use it.
Pros:
Nothing. It's so stressful using this website.
Cons:
So difficult to use, contact support, or use without needing to search up how to use something.

Google Workspace Review
Comments: Google Workspace's experience is superior to many other products in the same field.
Pros:
Google Workspace provides an ease of use for our environment.
Cons:
Google Workspace should invest more in the MDM side of technology. Their opponents (Intune) have a wonderful product and should invest time and resources into that type of technology.
Alternatives Considered:
Optimal Work Productivity with Google's Topnotch Workspace
Comments: Google Workspace streamlined applications use and had the most important work applications in the platform. A few years back, even cloud storages demanded a different provider, now, Google Workspace has everything a team needs to boost its productivity.
Pros:
Google Workspace allows premium use of Google applications with tools that help optimize work and productivity. The interconnectivity of the applications is very convenient for work and its synchronicity with available mobile versions maximizes work productivity even at the tip of our fingertips.
Cons:
GMeet and GChat may have been integrated instead of two separate applications since both can be available with one messaging app.
