You can use this system to help create schedules on a monthly basis to make sure you have accurate coverage during high volume customer service.  Very easy to use, creates pie charts for monitoring sick \& vacation time away.  Our company used this system for direct deposit which help with getting payroll on time to the employees.

> **Cons**: Website - we signed for a rebran in April 2020, it went livew in April 2021. Loads of issues, you ask for something to be done and its implemented with any care and attention.

CRM/RDB - Mailer stop working, setting change, we lost email for 3 weeks, google had to advise them what they were doing wrong and they fixed it.

Issues with setting users can amend admin setting. They tell you to set up specific users with specific authority but thinks like integrations where they can delete settings isn't part of that setting.

The mailers are so hard to set up, and then all of a sudden they stop.

The customer service is horrendous. They have implemented a new portal which means things get answered now but not always resolved. 

Text messaging - open cheque book as they charge 3p a text message. A consultant could email the entire database numerous times and rack unli ted bills up. We were assured this would be turned off. 18 months in it's still on.
