Zoom Info, while they have the data, are also the highest price point vendor from our research and it's incredibly prohibitive for smaller businesses to utilize. That may be their intention as they seem more geared towards larger sales orgs. It allowed some complex searches and customization for a niche industry in real estate, but ultimately we ran into issues with the accuracy of the data and the ability to find contacts.
