"Easy to use and great peace of mind!"

It was very fast to implement and really easy to use. I was able to pick up how to use it and implement monitoring on my client sites right away.
Pros:
I loved how easy it was to learn and implement.
Cons:
The cost of the pro version, which is really the bare minimum for our needs is close to $1000 a year which is a little steep.

- ease and speed to install and configure
- the automatic discovery system on the servers
- very powerful network scanning
Cons:
- the Linux application monitoring system which only works with processes and not services
- the remote script execution system is a bit cumbersome

I’ve been using Site24x7 to manage a hybrid environment for a while now, and it’s become our go-to for infrastructure management.
Pros:
The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down, rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once.
Cons:
The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. The pricing model can also be a bit of a headache to navigate once you start adding various monitors and add-ons.

Since we started using site24x7 monitoring of our entire infrastructure has improved a lot. Also the mobile app is very helpful to keep track all the monitors and alerts. It has been a service with excellent reliability.
Pros:
Greate customization and options for infraestructure monitoring. We have used the platform over the last 10 years. Security is also something that constantly concerns us, but it has not been a problem with Site24x7. It has a huge amount of functionalities and integrations to monitor all kind of infraestructure, at a reasonable cost. We haven't experienced any bugs or issues.
Cons:
The interface could be more intuitive and modern. Also when we started to use the platform, the initial configuration was a little hard.
Reasons for Choosing Site24x7:
We used Monitis. The company was sold to TeamViewer and the new platform didn't meet our requirements.
Reasons for Switching to Site24x7:
It had all our needs and also it represented an improvement on our costs.

We were looking for a way to monitor our services and the integrations they have with Zoho came in handy
Pros:
It is a very useful tool that can not only be integrated into the Zoho environment but also into your website and servers, and has many channels to inform you of incidents with your services in addition to allowing you to manage and customize many things to your liking.
Cons:
It is a site that requires basic technical knowledge to be able to use the basic actions, plus it has so many menus that it is easy to get lost.
