Over All Blender is a tool that is going to help you a lot with your work and with your money.
The workflow is faster because it is Shortcuts depending, maybe hard to learn at first but the fruits of the work going to show very quickly.
Pros:
You have a Full pack in one software from texturing and modelling to sculpting and post-production, everything is integrated in it plus you can have the full app in a USB where ever you go ! Have been using it for more than 6 years and today it is more powerful and modern, they even added a unique 2D in a 3D environment feature that is unique to blender.
Cons:
This is a hard one I don't think there is something I don't like about it other than it is a bit hard to learn but it is hard to learn any type of 3D generally. and the app can crash from time to time but same could be said to any 3D Software.

Worst 3d program
Comments: I had to use as a trainee in architectural office where all bigger 3d projects were done in blender. Why on earth anyone would use it because there was a cinema 4d licence in the house?
Pros:
Cycles is quite good and you can get same quality as in commercial packages.
Cons:
It has no windows user aproach to its use and it is awkward to pick up and start making any project very fast Option are cluttered all over the place There is no left mouse action but it is something else.
