It can't open some pdf files (says they're corrupted - but they're not since Adobe Acrobat Reader can open them). Then it stopped working on my bosses' machine and started not being able to open some pdf files (no idea what's different about those files than the ones it will open). This means Nitro Pro is now only really useful for certain pdf files. Even worse, there is simply no technical support available and I find that disturbing at best. I certainly can't recommend Nitro Pro to anyone.
