It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks and has a user-friendly interface. I have also made use of their handy webchat for miscellaneous questions. There is also an option to run reports which our project managers find extremely useful. This is only a few of the options we use, but as we expand I'm sure more and more of the tools will be utilized.
