> **Pros**: ClientPay integrates with our legal software, which has front and back office capabilities.  This makes is easy to see payments to trust and operating accounts.  It's also great that we can email invoices and client's can pay invoices through the software.

> **Cons**: On occasions when there is an issue with the software, it isn't easy to track down what the real issue is; it requires lots of back and forth with customer support.
