> **Pros**: Cheqdin is an easy system to use and is great for us as we only need to pay for a certain amount of children so we can keep the cost down as we are a local authority nursery school, it is easy to navigate and the support from customer service is great. It also helps to monitor our staffing and they can also sign in and out on this system

> **Cons**: There is nothing I don't like about Cheqdin, it is easy to use and there is always support when needed.

I especially appreciate the clarity it brings to payment tracking, helping me ensure no detail slips through the cracks. While every system has a learning curve, I’ve found Cheqdin to be a solid tool that gives me confidence in managing both the administrative side and parent communication smoothly.

> **Pros**: How easy it was to send out Group invoices each Monday from the already generated invoices that pulled through all your booking patterns.

> **Cons**: Not being able to delete an invoice is if showed part paid, it would be great if we could delete/cancel an invoice and the money just go back on the system like our old system had.

> Great, its a very easy website to use, the app form is also great for staff sign in and out and using it as a register for children signing in and out has been great and saved us time.

> **Pros**: I absolutely love that you can have a free demo with an actual person before even committing to use the site. 

I love the amount of variety the website has in terms of the different things it covers, booking, invoicing, messaging parents there's just so much it has. 

Same person to talk to when questions arise so it's not explaining the same thing to someone new. I love continuity

> **Cons**: I wouldn't say I like least but just think more options on the payment method. As we are a charity and can't afford to pay 1% or more to a third party to enable parents to pay via the website. But understand there is a need to safeguard people's information. 

Id also like to see more options to do with discounted sessions. But I hear that is already in the process.

The set up for a new academic year is time consuming  - especially when setting up  for a new year.

> Exceptional  - brilliant customer service ,  quick  to respond and very professional.
