> **Pros**: The customization that can be done through NinjaOne is endless\! This is the absolute all-in-one IT management tool.&#10;&#10;Their built-in remote access tool (Ninja Remote) and screen monitoring is a welcomed addition over competitors and it functions very well.&#10;&#10;Set up is very easy and straight forward and can be tailored to how you want it to function, for a multitude of locations, clients, organizations, etc.&#10;&#10;Their customer support is also top notch. Submitting support tickets call all be done directly from the main dashboard and their documentation (Dojo) is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources.

> **Cons**: Some parts of the tool rely on functionalities/apps, whether you actively use them or not. In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the NinjaOne Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.

> I love NinjaOne. This was one of the best decision to move to this platform\! The customization and freedom that we have over this tool is fantastic. Compared to it's competitors, it is not as rigid and allows for some very easy use. Automation is prevalent in this field and NinjaOne allows for us to explore this with no limits.

> **Cons**: The cost can add up, but we more than make it up in saved time and of course, this is covered by our monthly plans.  I did wish we could reset some of the alerts, especially on computers that have been offline for a while.

> From day 1, the setup was easy, the interface intuitive and we are taking advantage of the automation more and more.  Even Ninja Remote is far superior to TeamViewer.
