> **Pros**: The fact that you could legitimately personalize and customize the appearance of your virtual offices was huge for us. It made it fun, and being able to SEE your teammates in their offices helped our small, completely distributed team not feel so alone.

> **Cons**: The team that worked on it before the recent acquisition was trying to make it be a jack of all trades, to actually replace platforms like Zoom. That just wasn't effective in our opinion, and it would have served the platform better if the focus was 100% on making it the best virtual gathering space possible.
> 
> We loved having a virtual office - we had a lot of team turnover and we couldn't self manage the team at the time so we fell out of using it, but all in all I think it's a really unique tool that companies that are remote or hybrid should absolutely look into.
