> **Pros**: As we are a smaller company taking advantage of the free plan was great.  We did bite the bullet and ended up paying for more features and so far it has been worth it as it has been very easy to use.  I really like the scheduling portion and that it updates my technicians in real time through the app.

> **Cons**: A few of my technicians have had issues with the app as they are not as tech savvy as one would wish.  While this is a great tool in my portfolio I do still rely on other programs to manage entire projects.

> Overall my experience has been positive.  It has reduced some manual paperwork for me and has made estimating very easy and straightforward.  The app does require some minor tweaks to make it more user friendly but overall I am happy.
