I was sold and end to end recruitment tool that would most importantly save me time. It does not. It costs me time. At best Loxo is a sourcing tool, that has yet to net a single candidate for my vertical. > > **Cons**: It is NOT an end to end recruitment service - you can send resumes to your clients if you want them to look like a dogs breakfast. Everything is "clunky" for lack of a better term and because you have to constantly go out of the program to actually work, there is no continuity. I am bitterly disappointed and they are forcing me to stay through the contract so I will be developing my company on another ATS while I wait out my term. > > funneled my dismay and issues up SEVERAL times, get teh same pat on teh head that we will work with you to "fix" these issues. All the "fixes" are yet another "work-around" which makes more work for me. As I said, sold an end to end recruitment tool and got a dogs-breakfast from a company that will keep a dissatisfied customer for the money as my money is obviously way more important than my customer satisfaction. I think the sales team oversell the tool as all-powerful and all-potent, but then after the purchase we say that that is not the case.
