> **Pros**: Nothing.  Given what is currently on the market in this sphere, I would never go with Contact.
> 
> **Cons**: The complete lack of adequate customer support and responsiveness.  I sent FOUR emails with NO responses other than an auto-acknowledgement that they received the communication.
> 
> Terrible.  Do not use their product - there are DOZENS of good alternatives out there.
