Pros:
FourKites is an easy software to use truck appointment scheduling. It always all team members to gain visibility of their daily trucks.
Cons:
There is no aspect of this software that I don't like. The only issue we've encountered is user error!
Just another MacroPoint not quite EDI setup
Comments: This isn't quite real time tracking - more of an upgrade to EDI to give load updates, without all the hard mapping. We still get update calls and it I dont know how future proof it is when BiTA hard pressing new blockchain advancements in the near future.
Pros:
Its just another tracking software for loads that integrates with our TMS to send out updates to our customer
Cons:
Takes quite a bit of tech knowledge on the TMS side to get this setup. Took about a week of phone calls and collaboration to get it done.
