> **Pros**: Boardable was our first Board Management tool and we found it helpful. It was great to pull together an Agenda and have all the supporting documents in one place. Minute taking was a breeze before the AI minutes.

> **Cons**: Boardable is pricey for Canadian Charities, given that it must be paid in US funds. (1) The video functionality was spotty. (2) Minutes were not searchable within the program. (3) There was no record of decisions or one place to have all our minutes. We found processes to be very clunky.
> 
> Our biggest issue with Boardable came when we decided not to renew. Boardable requires 30 days’ notice of cancellation before your subscription runs out, so be wary. Your renewal date is at least 30 days before your actual renewal date. Additionally, our subscription increased 20.5% year over year, though Boardable did not mention it. If you don't compare it to your previous year's subscription, you will be blind to the increase. Boardable's renewal policy seems inconsistent with good-faith renewal provisions.
