1. Fixed Annual Investment Structure
Our core philosophy is "Multiply the value of your data, not the tools". Therefore, our pricing relies on a fixed annual license fee determined solely by the functional scope (the modules) and the size tier of your organization (Small, MidMarket, or Enterprise). This ensures that your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) remains strictly controlled, avoiding unexpected billing surges as your catalog expands, your internal teams grow, or your omni-channel strategy matures.  

2. Modular "Best-of-Suite" Architecture
MaPS System unified platform combines Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). Pricing is tailored to your specific needs, allowing you to choose from our robust modules:  

- MaPS CoreData (MDM \& PIM): The foundational module for data modeling, recursive hierarchies, advanced search, mass modification, workflows (BPM), and Native Automation.  

- MaPS Asset Manager (DAM \& DM): Centralized media repository with automated previews, advanced filtering, and distribution channel resizing.  MaPS Publication: Automated multi-channel publication feeds (Web \& Print), InDesign connection, and CMS/Marketplace connectors (Magento, Shopify, etc.).  

- MaPS AI (Optional Add-on): Multi-agent AI orchestration for automated marketing descriptions, multi-language translations, OCR extraction, and media processing (tagging, background removal).  

- MaPS Data Quality (DQM): Unlimited data quality rules configurator to monitor and ensure compliance with complex industry standards like FAB-DIS, ETIM, or GDSN.  

3. Billing, Terms, and Support

- Custom Quotes: Exact pricing is provided upon request via a personalized quote based on your functional requirements and integration complexity.

- Billing Frequency: License fees, hosting, and recurring charges are billed annually at the beginning of each contract year.  

- Indexation: Annual fees are subject to standard revision based on the Syntec index on the contract anniversary date.  

- Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, excluding taxes.  

- Deployment \& Hosting: The platform can be deployed via Managed Cloud Hosting (an all-in-one managed service with strict SLAs) or On-Premise, depending on your IT governance.  

- Support \& Maintenance: Included in the recurring contract is access to our technical support team (open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CET), providing comprehensive corrective and evolutive maintenance
