### "Don't waste your money" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: It was fairly easy to edit text already on the page, (although it didn't always display the same, eg breaks often had to be added to get it to display the way I wanted) and to move around text boxes.

> **Cons**: The online help is awful, full of "You can....." but you have to dig around to find out how.
The HTML is complicated to edit, I like to add bits of code myself, but I found that almost impossible.

> I bought this as the software I was using was rather out of date. I felt that I had to struggle to get to grips with it and the online help is difficult to navigate. 

But it was only recently when I had to update my site that it all went seriously wrong. Suddenly half my images weren't displayed despite them being listed in the Images folder. I tried Customer Support who I found to be condescending and rather abrupt. (I have a degree in IT, but I didn't tell them that) They suggested several fixes, all of which I tried but only got error message after error message. 

In the end they said that I must have deleted the files - but the files were there - in the folder. Then they blamed my computer. 

At that stage I gave up and began the search for some replacement software.
