> **Cons**: No easy way to print orders. Only the Excel version being emailed makes it easy to print, but otherwise it is difficult to track things through our own system.

> **Pros**: Having worked with large and mid sized EDI providers, Infocon was always willing to accommodate specific needs or requests.  Their customer service is always quick and friendly.  They take 95% of the burden when on boarding new customers.  Really incredible company and people.

> **Cons**: As you would expect, custom integrations are expensive.  This really made us have to be vigilant when deciding which trading partners we wanted to onboard.  Project cost became a big component of the overall on boarding exercise.
