> **Pros**: Great Customer Support, we got a very good package from the start as an early stage company and was greatly supported by \[sensitive content hidden\] himself. Especially for lean teams the software is very good suited, we worked with very holistic PLM tools before which would be an overkill for our team size. Team Collaboration works very good as well.

> **Pros**: Reqsuite is a great value with alot of capability for a very value oriented price.  Some tools may have slightly more capabilities but have significantly more expense.  The tool is quite intuitive to use overall and provides a great level of traceability.

> **Cons**: The ability to order created items in a drag/drop order is limited and can only be done via folders.  This is a new feature that has been requested but is the largest challenge.

> **Pros**: Methodology behind seems to be quite good, but the implementation is poor. Excel import/export is quite good as it allows me not to use ReqSuite.

> **Cons**: Terrible user experience - opening tickets only in one window - time consuming to do anything, several seconds to open another/parent ticket, no sensible tracking of dependencies (only direct links, so the most important info like full decomposition of requirements to system function or cross-dependenciess are not available) - everything needs to opened one by one which again takes time. Discussion/comment section is so tiny... Navigation in ticket detail is confusing and very annoying - when I open the detail in 1-window system, the search list is no longer visible until closing/minimizing the detail. Strange behaviour when updating decomposed issues - when I update one, it freezes the whole structure and it is not possible to work with them until it it propagates everything (which can take anything from 10s - 3mins)

> In short - very bad user experience and very unefficient tool for managing requirement. One-window is very 1995-like feature.  Requires to spend hours and hours to manage simple structure this way. Use JIRA or Confluence instead...

> **Cons**: Some issues with the screen resolution. Minor issue that the responsible person for each requirement is not fixed and sometimes changes depending on the requirement state and user account rights (but this is already being worked on by Osseno for a future update)

> Great experience, so far. Moved to ReqSuite RM from excel and it has completely changed how we are able to record and track changes for our complex requirements set. The tool gives us all the features we need for this and is even adjustable enough for us to use for other related tasks such as FMECA, HAZID, etc. Simple to use which helps as we grow into our use of the tool.

The tool is highly configurable, allowing you to tailor data models, workflows, and templates to your specific needs without heavy IT involvement. The onboarding support is excellent, with responsive and knowledgeable consultants guiding setup and customization. Traceability features, especially the end-to-end linking of requirements, changes, and test cases, bring strong structure to our project documentation. The interface is modern and user-friendly, making it easier for teams to get on board quickly.

> **Cons**: The export to Word/Excel templates functionality works well but could be more intuitive, particularly when generating large and complex documents for project stakeholders. The main difficulty we faced was with configuring project templates for exports. While the export configuration is accessible, it requires significant testing to achieve the desired output, which can be time-consuming. It also involves learning a specific pseudo-code syntax that isn’t very intuitive for standard users, making template creation more technical than expected. Additionally, the notification system could be improved currently, there’s no in-app notification center to track updates or changes in one place; notifications are limited to email, which works but isn’t always convenient. That said, the ReqSuite® team has been very receptive to feedback, and many of these aspects are already being considered for improvement in future releases.
