Navigation in ticket detail is confusing and very annoying - when I open the detail in 1-window system, the search list is no longer visible until closing/minimizing the detail. The main difficulty we faced was with configuring project templates for exports. While the export configuration is accessible, it requires significant testing to achieve the desired output, which can be time-consuming. It also involves learning a specific pseudo-code syntax that isn’t very intuitive for standard users, making template creation more technical than expected. Additionally, the notification system could be improved currently, there’s no in-app notification center to track updates or changes in one place; notifications are limited to email, which works but isn’t always convenient.
