For example, to this day, I am unable to send SMS through the platform, along with many other issues — things that are supposed to be simple and basic. Additionally, I tried to terminate my contract due to being a dissatisfied customer who is currently suffering significant damage to my business because of critical features that don’t work. However, they refuse to release me from the > > A lot of promises, but poor execution with long, exhausting processes. Unfortunately, even after clearly explaining that critical things simply don’t work — and still don’t — they refused to release me as a customer. Their system damaged my existing performance, which was working perfectly before. I’m extremely disappointed and just want to return to a platform that actually works properly. They are great at selling the system, but beyond that, there’s a huge gap in performance.
