> **Pros**: I don't have enough space in this box to explain why our productivity increased so much since we began using Smartretail. Tones of integrations with the systems of our suppliers. It makes all daily tasks quick and so much easier for sales people.
Their support team is excellent.

> **Cons**: It's not a real Con but since it runs over Dynamics Nav, reporting is a little limited. They include an additional paid service for extended reporting, HR and financial management.

> Automation, security, document cloud, cash management, POS... everything in a nice and constantly updated 'package'. Highly recommended.
