> **Pros**: I like the BI module and LMS module. I like the functionality of creating tons of reports and pulling stats from different parts of the program. I like the record keeping of the training but would like more permission control on what users can see and do.

> **Cons**: I don’t like that all department events are in the training calendar and feel that a calendar module with filters would be best. As well I wish you could create adhoc reports that could be published on BI for members to quickly reference.
> 
> I am a system administrator for my department and have enjoyed learning the full capabilities of the program.

> **Pros**: Listening to the users of the system for their needs. So far my questions and extra needs have been met during training.

> **Cons**: The aged backside office, while there are not many users that have access. While this is not a huge issue, teaching others this side is fairly difficult and intimidating at first sight.

> We are a new user in the system still in training, very impressed so far. Starting with great communication with sales, to working with our project manager \[sensitive content hidden\], the initial impression has been very good. I have heard many times at conferences locally that EPR does listen to their users to enhance the user experience.

> **Cons**: Lack of one on one training. We had to get all of our onboarding via zoom and email. Would really have liked to have at least one full day of in person training.

> Well pleased. Have ran into some problems but customer service has been superb. From first contact with \[sensitive content hidden\]to implementation with \[sensitive content hidden\] and various interactions with user support. Everyone has been great to work with.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the filtering on reports is too hard to use. The and/or portion needs to be more like writing rules.

> It's been great. So much to do and to use in the program. Again, support has been 2nd to none in helping get through the complicated stuff
