The process has been smooth and efficient, when needed you could contact the team and they are always willing to help.
Pros:
The product is solid and reliable, the service and team have been really helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Cons:
No QR codes available unlike other providers, I was able to generate one direct up the booking page which will help keep the booking process streamlined

My experience with BookingTimes has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial setup through to going live, they’ve been supportive, efficient, and always professional. I’ve had great feedback from customers using the site, and it’s already helped improve workflow and visibility for the business. Highly recommend!
Pros:
The team at BookingTimes was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in the success of my business. They created a website for Hunter Driving School that looks fantastic, works smoothly, and has made managing bookings so much easier. I especially liked how user-friendly the system is for both students and admin.
Cons:
Honestly, there’s not much to fault. If I had to pick something, it would be that there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start — but their support team was always quick to assist, which made it a smooth process.

If it was not for booking times and the booking system I would have been hopelessly lost with grey hair lol everything runs smoothly in the background.
Pros:
They are so very helpful always sort out any problems I have.
Cons:
Nothing really I’m very happy I have been with Booking Times for some years and do not intend to change.

They always have answers to my problems. They do respond promptly to requests for personal assistance. They go the extra mile to help.
Pros:
The reliability of the site and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff.
Cons:
Can’t speak directly to a person without logging a request through email.
