Comments: Good product easy to function keeping accurate record of work progress and leave days

Pros:

User friendly it was easy to use the system with minimal supervision. Keep record or progress and performance

Cons:

I would easy forget password so would constenly request for reset

Comments: Control without much effort in the management of human resources

Pros:

Easy to schedule holidays and absence control in an efficient way, and this tool helps to control and manage the skills of workers, especially in the management of human resources helps a lot

Cons:

The tool does not alert me in terms of excessive numbers of vacations which is for the worker to schedule his holidays without exceeding or accumulating excess days

was the first time to use a system and getting rid of paperwork files

it was expensive to pay the license. the support team was not readily available

Moving with with time as we do away with paper. Online leave application

Cons:

Very expensive in comparison to other products on the market

SmartHR is easy to use and can be used on any computer platform

Pros:

It's extremrly easy to use and you can check in the status of an application or even apply for a new job on the site.

Cons:

The notifications for follow up on pending applications could be updated. I don't have an organized way of reaching out to an applicant once the application is submitted.
